Our History
Established in April of 1984, Preferred Temporaries is home based in the historic Sears Crescent Building. As local Bostonians we have established long lasting relationships with numerous prestigious companies and institutions within the Boston and Cambridge areas. We recently celebrated our successful 23rd Anniversary with a keen focus on giving back to the community through many charitable endeavors, as well as providing our good will ambassadors the best jobs, autonomy, competitive pay, flexibility and experienced staffing consultants. All of this is interspersed with our unsurpassed knowledge of Boston and it's companies

Preferred Temporaries was chosen and helped found ANSERTEAM by being the leading staffing provider in the Boston/Cambridge area. We are a member of the only independently owned national staffing alliance in existence. Our competitors can not claim either of these achievements.
